Previous Exhibit | Parting Shots 8

The eighth annual Parting Shots exhibit showcases photographs from this year’s graduating class of photojournalism students. Curated & designed by the J4972 / Photo & Visual Editing class: Jake Cookson, Jenna Kieser, Emily Nevils, Derek Rieke, Shauna Yates & Abbie Young. The show runs in the McDougall Center Gallery in Lee Hills Hall from May until September 2019.

Wadi Rum Protected Area is a UNESCO World Heritage Site in southern Jordan famous for its iconic desert landscape. Made well-known in the West by Lawrence of Arabia’s writings, the Mars-like surface of Wadi Rum has been the backdrop for several movies including The Martian and Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Emily Nevils
